大排量螺杆泵在大庆聚合物驱采油中的应用

摘要

Pilot tests of large capacity screw pump for oil production withpolymer flooding were made in Daqing Oilfield. The design scheme for the oil pumping system is presented and measures for improving the system’s efficiency are given. Application of the oil pumping system on 17 wells in Daqing Oilfield shows that, the large capacity screw pump can meet the requirements of oil production with polymer flooding, the mean production time of the test wells is more than 1 year, and the mean pump efficiency reaches 79.7%.%针对抽油机和电潜泵两种机采方式对聚合物驱井采出液的不适应问题，开展了大排量螺杆泵采油系统推广应用试验。在确定了总体试验方案的基础上，采取了合理选择大排量螺杆泵基本结构参数，如加大转子直径、减小转子偏心距和加大衬套导程；完善抽油杆柱防断脱技术；提高系统效率等一系列具体方案。大庆油田17口井特别是5口典型井的推广应用表明，大排量螺杆泵可以满足聚合物驱采油井的生产要求，螺杆泵井的平均运转时间超过1年，平均泵效达79.7%，比抽油机井泵效高32%，单井平均每天节电248.4kW.h。大排量螺杆泵采油系统存在的问题是配套技术尚需进一步完善。
