叶片圆盘泵叶轮结构流固耦合强度分析

         

摘要

为准确得到叶片圆盘泵叶轮在工作中的结构性能,利用有限元软件进行流固耦合强度分析。应用Fluent软件计算得出叶片圆盘泵叶轮在不同工况下压力场分布情况,并通过work.bench平台,应用ANSYS软件校核叶轮强度,得出不同工况下叶轮的最大危险点、应力及应变分布规律,并针对危险区域进行叶轮结构改进。计算结果表明,所设计叶片圆盘泵叶轮最大危险区域为连接臂与圆盘盖板连接位置,存在应力集中现象。圆弧倒角处理能有效降低应力集中,改善叶轮应变分布情况,有助于提高叶片圆盘泵叶轮的工作可靠性。%To obtain the precise structural strength performance of the impeller of blade disc pump in operation, the finite element software was used to analyze the fluid-solid coupling strength. The Fluent software was applied to calculate and obtain the pressure field distribution of the impeller under different operating conditions. With the Workbench platform the ANSYS software was adopted to verify the impeller strength and obtain the most dangerous point, stress and strain distribution law of the impeller under different operating conditions. The improvement of im- peller structure was conducted with regard to the dangerous zones. The calculation shows that the most dangerous zone of the impeller designed is the connecting position between link arm and disc cover plate where the stress is concentrated. The circarc chamfer treatment can effectively decrease stress concentration and improve strain distri- bution, which helps to improve the operating reliability of the impeller.
