隔水管接头O形密封圈密封性能分析

         

摘要

针对海洋石油开采中隔水管接头密封失效会增加大量的钻井成本,钻井液泄漏会污染海洋环境等问题,开展了隔水管接头O形密封圈密封性能的研究,确定了O形密封圈密封失效模式和失效判据.以隔水管O形密封圈为研究对象,利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立其有限元分析模型,对密封圈在不同工作压力、不同压缩率和不同密封端面角度下的密封性能进行了分析.分析结果表明,压缩率一定时,最大应力随着工作压力的增加而增加,且应力峰区位置逐渐向O形圈被挤入的位置移动;工作压力、压缩率及密封配合端面角度对O形圈最大接触应力有一定的影响,正常使用范围内,能够保证O形圈的正常密封性能;一定在压缩率范围内,剪应力随着压缩率的增加而增大明显.分析结果可以为隔水管接头O形密封圈的优化设计提供参考.%The sealing failure of riser joint will raise the drilling cost remarkably in offshore petroleum production. The drilling fluid leakage will pollute the ocean environment. Considering the problems, research on the seal-ability of riser joint O-ring was conducted. The model and sealing failure criteria of O-ring were determined. With the riser O-ring as the object of study the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish its finite element analysis model. The sealability of the ring was analyzed in different operating pressures, different rates of compression and different seal end angles. The analysis shows that when the compressibility is certain, the maximum stress increases with the operating pressure. The stress peak area gradually moves to the squeezed position of 0-ring. The operating pressure, compressibility and seal matching end angle have some effect on the maximum contact stress of O-ring. The normal sealability of O-ring can be ensured within the scope of normal application. The shear stress increases remarkably with the compressibility within a certain scope of compressibility. The analysis can offer a reference for the optimized design of the riser joint O-ring.
