小排量环形柱塞杆式抽油泵的研制与应用∗

         

摘要

针对低渗透深抽井常规抽油泵存在供采不平衡、泵效低及泵漏失量大等问题,研制了小排量环形柱塞杆式抽油泵。该泵采用环形柱塞及出油阀外置结构,解决了泵阀结构对柱塞尺寸的限制问题,使泵径可以减小到满足排量要求。采用双泵筒配合环形柱塞结构可以减少抽油泵的漏失量,泵工作时环形液流在泵内产生漩流,可以有效防止泥砂在进油阀处的沉积。现场应用结果表明,环形柱塞泵密封效果好,漏失量小,对于日产液不大于2 m3的低产井,环形柱塞泵的平均泵效是常规抽油泵的3倍。小排量环形柱塞杆式抽油泵满足低渗透含砂油井高效长久的开采需要。%To address the issues of the conventional pump for deep pumping wells of low permeability reservoir like imbalanced supply and production, low pump efficiency, high pump leakage, a small displacement annular-plunger rod pump has been developed. The pump adopts annular-plunger and externally placed delivery valves to address the restrictions on the plunger size by the structure of pump valve. The equivalent pump diameter could be reduced to meet the displacement requirements. At the same time, the structure of double barrels with annular-plunger can reduce the leakage of the pump and produce swirling flow to avoid sand deposition in filling valve. The field application shows that, with better sealing performance and little leakage, the pump efficiency is 3 times higher than that of the conventional pump in low yield well ( daily liquid production less than 2 m3 ) . The new de-veloped pump could meet the efficient and long exploitation requirements for low permeability sanding oil well.
