延长高压活动弯头寿命的工艺研究

         

摘要

针对我国高压管汇的应用和非正常损坏情况,提出了延长高压管汇使用寿命的工艺措施.以20CrNiMo材料为例,研究了在制造高压活动弯头过程中渗碳+等温淬火+回火的热处理工艺,给出了热处理工艺后工件重要部位的金相组织和硬度,并对热处理工艺特点进行了分析.分析结果表明:活动弯头采用渗碳+等温淬火+回火的热处理工艺,工作面获得下贝氏体+马氏体的混合组织,大幅提高了活动弯头工作面的耐磨性能和抗腐蚀性能;同时,心部材料仍具有良好的韧性,从而可延长活动弯头的使用寿命.所得结论可为相关研究人员和使用人员提供参考.%In view of the application of domestic high-pressure manifold and the abnormal damage, the technical measures of extending the service life of high-pressure manifold have been put forward.Taking the 20CrNiMo material as case study, the heat treatment process of carburizing+isothermal quenching and tempering during the manufacturing process of high pressure movable elbow has been studied.The metallographic structure and hardness of the key part of work piece after the heat treatment have been given.The characteristics of the heat treatment have been analyzed.It is concluded that, treated by carburizing+isothermal quenching and tempering, the movable elbow could attain the mixed structure of bainite+martensite on the working face, by which the wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance could be greatly improved, and the heart material could still maintain a good toughness, thereby the service life of the elbow could be extended.
