基于磁记忆的钻柱损伤井口检测技术

         

摘要

The frequent drilling string crack accident in the drilling process has seriously affected the exploration and development of oil and gas resources.To address the issue, considering the characteristics of the drilling platform, the wellhead drill string damage detection technology based on the giant magneto resistive principle has been put forward, and tested on a well in the South China Sea.The results of the detected data analysis show that the magnetic memory detection technology can accurately detect the stress concentration of each part of the drill string.The thickening zone is marked of damage by the elevator.The maximum stress concentration of the engaged thread appeared at both ends.The test has realized the integrated detection of the drill pipe body, the thickening zone and the joint, providing safe and effective technical means for preventing the drill string crack accident.%钻井作业过程中频发的钻柱断裂事故严重影响了油气资源的勘探开发进程.为了解决此问题,在充分考虑钻井平台特点的基础上,提出了基于巨磁阻原理的磁记忆井口钻柱损伤检测技术,并利用该技术在南海某井进行井口钻柱损伤检测试验,同时对检测数据进行了处理分析.分析结果表明:磁记忆检测技术能够准确检测出钻柱各部位应力集中状况,其中加厚带部位被吊卡夹伤较明显,啮合螺纹部位应力集中最大部位出现在两端.该试验实现了钻柱管体、加厚带及接头部位一体化监测,为防止钻柱断裂事故的发生提供了安全有效的技术手段.
