基于轴向应力监测数据的管道应力状态预警模型

             

摘要

To manage the stress state of the pipeline in real time and take timely targeted measures,stress monitoring measures are usually taken for pipelines that are prone to displacement deformation.Long-term axial stress monitoring is usually performed on long distance oil-gas transmission pipeline by vibrating wire strain gauge.Taken the axial stress monitoring measures,correct understanding of the axial monitoring stress based on the vibrating wire strain gauge and proper evaluation of the pipeline stress status according to the monitoring data are the keys to avoid the false alarm state of the pipeline stress and failed warning of the pipeline stress danger state.According to the mechanics theory,the stress-strain relationship of the axial stress components of the pipeline and its performance on the vibrating wire strain gage are analyzed.The relationship between the axial monitoring stress of the vibrating wire strain gage and the actual axial stress of the pipeline is deduced and verified.The mathematical model of the early warning method based on the axial monitoring stress of the pipeline is established,which provided guidance for the use of vibrating wire strain gauge for the monitoring and early warning of pipeline stress conditions.%为了实时掌握管道的应力状态进而采取有针对性的措施,通常会对容易发生位移变形的管道采取应力监测措施.油气长输管道通常采用振弦式应变计进行长期的轴向应力监测.采取轴向应力监测措施之后,正确解释振弦式应变计轴向监测应力的内容,并据监测数据合理评价管道的应力状态,是避免造成管道应力安全状态误预警和管道应力危险状态不预警等危险情况发生的关键.根据力学理论分析了管道轴向应力各分量的应力-应变关系及其在振弦式应变计上的表现,推导并验证了振弦式应变计轴向监测应力与管道真实轴向应力的关系,建立了基于管道轴向监测应力的预警方法数学模型.研究内容为正确采用振弦式应变计进行管道应力状态的监测和预警提供了指导.
