芝麻卵磷脂提取工艺条件研究

         

摘要

The sesame phospholipids concentrate was defatted by acetone to obtain sesame phospholipids powder, then lecithin (phosphatidyl cholines(PC))was separated from the sesame phospholipids powder by ethanol extraction method. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows: ethanol volume fraction 95% , solid - liquid ratio 1: 12, extraction temperature 50 ℃, extraction time 20 min. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of lecithin was 27. 92% , and the content of PC in lecithin was 53. 31% .%以芝麻浓缩磷脂为原料,利用丙酮提取除油得到芝麻粉末磷脂,再采用乙醇提取法对其中的卵磷脂(磷脂酰胆碱(PC))进行提取分离。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到最佳提取分离条件为:乙醇体积分数95%,料液比1:12,提取温度50℃,提取时间20 min。在最佳条件下,卵磷脂提取率为27.92%,产品中 PC 含量为53.31%。
