基于TRIZ理论的高品质橄榄油加工粉碎融合机的创新研究

         

摘要

TRIZ theory and its general steps to solve engineering problems were used in the development of high quality olive oil processing equipment, which was applied to innovatively research the key compo-nent ( stirring device) of crush and malaxation machine. Several concept plans were proposed and com-paratively analyzed, and a feasible design plan of crush and malaxation machine for high quality olive oil processing was finally proposed. After optimization, trial -production of prototype and its performance test were carried out. The experiment results showed that the structure of combinatory blade stirring wing was applicated in the novel crush and malaxation machine, which could malaxate olive pulp efficiently and evenly. Under the conditions of malaxation temperature 25℃, malaxation time 45 min and rotation speed 23 r/min, the yield of olive oil could reach 20 . 4%, and the quality of olive oil met the re-quirement of the national extra virgin olive oil standard(GB 23347—2009).%将TRIZ理论及其解决工程问题的一般步骤应用到高品质橄榄油加工设备的研制中,对粉碎融合机的关键设备搅拌装置进行创新研究,提出了几种概念方案,并对这几种方案进行对比分析,最终提出了一种可行的高品质橄榄油加工粉碎融合机设计方案,并在方案优化后,进行了样机试制及其性能测试.试验结果表明:新的粉碎融合机采用叶片组合式搅拌翅结构,能够对橄榄果浆进行高效均衡地融合;在融合温度25℃、融合时间45 min、转速23 r/min的条件下,橄榄油得率可达20.4%,且橄榄油的品质达国家特级初榨橄榄油标准(GB 23347—2009)要求.
