深吃水半潜式平台钢悬链式立管的强度性能

         

摘要

在传统半潜式平台的基础上设计深吃水半潜式平台,以达到更好的运动性能.采用三维势流理论,运用SESAM软件对平台进行水动力性能分析;运用HydroD模块对平台进行频域分析得到幅值响应函数等频域参数;运用DeepC模块对平台进行时域耦合分析,得到平台加系泊系统后的时域响应.基于深吃水半潜式平台对配套钢悬链式立管进行强度性能研究,得到立管在各个工况下的最大等效应力及其沿管长的分布.研究表明:半潜式平台在近端偏移状态下,钢悬链式立管产生最大等效应力,立管上部和触地段区域是强度的薄弱环节,触地段区域是钢悬链式立管壁厚等参数的重要控制因素.为深吃水半潜式平台的研究提供参考.%In order to achieve reasonable motion performance,a deep draft semi-submersible platform is designed based on the traditional semi-submersible platform.Based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory,the theoretical analysis with numerical calculation is used to research the dynamic characteristics of the semi-submersible by SESAM.The platform's response amplitude operator and other parameters are calculated in frequency domain analysis by HydroD.Time domain coupling analysis is carried out on the platform by DeepC to get platform with mooring system's time domain response.The steel catenary riser's strength performance is researched based on the deep draft semi-submersible platform,the riser's maximum von Mises stress under various conditions and its distributions along the length are obtained.The results prove that the steel catenary riser is of the maximum equivalent stress when the semi-submersible platform is in the near position.The riser's upper position and touch down point area are the weak links of the strength.Touch down point area is the important control factors of the steel catenary riser's thickness and other parameters.The study provides a reference for the research of deep draft semi-submersible platform.
