FLNG研究现状及在中国南海深远海气田开发中的应用前景

摘要

大型浮式液化天然气生产装置FLNG是一种用于深水气田的新型开发模式.本文详细阐述了FLNG应用背景及其国内外研究现状,深入剖析了FLNG装置的相关技术特点及所涉及的关键技术,分析了中国南海深远海气田开发过程中FLNG装置的应用前景.研究结果对我国FLNG研究具有指导意义.研究结论认为,只有形成FLNG关键技术和设备的本土化,形成不同规模FLNG装置系列化设计能力,打破国外关键技术和设备的专利垄断,带动国内深水工程技术和设备产业发展,才能实现FLNG装置在中国南海深远海气田开发中的实际工程应用.%Large floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) production system is a new development model for deep water gas fields.In this paper,the background of FLNG application and the research status at home and abroad are introduced in detail.The technical characteristics and key technologies involved in FLNG are described.And the application prospect of FLNG is analyzed for the deep water gas field development in South China Sea.The research results have guiding significance to the study of FLNG in China.In order to realize the application of FLNG for deep water gas fields development in South China Sea,it is very important to form the localization of FLNG key technologies,key equipment and the series design capabilities of different scale FLNG unit.Also it is necessary not only to break through the monopoly of foreign key technologies and equipment,but also to promote the development of domestic deep water engineering technology and equipment industry.
