印度某长石两不同采样点原矿含全铁量分别为0.224%、0.1%,其主要矿物为钾长石,原矿经一段中磁—两段强磁的流程进行除铁试验,得到全铁含量分别为0.039%、0.031%的长石矿,全铁去除率分别为82.59%、69.00%,其白度分别由34.92增加至68.52、46.89增加至69.38,除铁效果良好,达到了除铁增白的目的.%The total iron grades ofa fledspar ore at different mining site in India were respectively 0.224% and 0.1%,and the main mineral is potash feldspar.The process of one-stage medium-intensity magnetic separation and two-stage high intensity magnetic separation was carried out for iron removal.The results showed that the process can obtain the total iron grades were respectively 0.039% and 0.031%,also the iron removing ratio were 82.59% and 69.00% respectively.Whiteness of ore increased separately fiom 34.92 and 46.89 to 68.52 and 69.38.The process achieved the purpose of iron removal and whitening effectively.
