目的 分析预见性护理干预在急性阑尾炎手术中的应用价值.方法 选择2017年8月～2018年8月在我院接受手术的94例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例.对照组采取围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取预见性护理.比较两组术后康复效果及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组的手术时间、肛门排气时间、术后下床时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 预见性护理干预的应用可促进急性阑尾炎患者术后康复,减少并发症发生,有利于患者预后.%Objective To analyze the application value of predictive nursing intervention in acute appendicitis surgery. Methods A total of 94 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent surgery in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the random number table method, these patients were divided into two groups, 47 cases in each group. The control group was received routine perioperative nursing only, and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention based on nursing to the control group. The postoperative rehabilitation effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation duration, time for the first anal exhaust, time for first postoperative off-bed activities and length of hospital stay in the observation group were Shorter than those in the control group. and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After operation, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than those before operation, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients after surgery for acute appendicitis, predictive nursing intervention can help improve their postoperative rehabilitation, and reduce the incidence of complications and improve their prognosis.
