曲美他嗪对冠心病左心功能不全患者左心功能的影响

摘要

Objective To inveatigate the effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with left heart insufficiency patients. Methods 102 cases of coronary heart disease with left heart insufficiency patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given digitalis,β-blockers,diuretics,ACEI/ARB therapy,the observation group was given trimetazidine oral treatment on the basis of the control group,dosage:20 mg/time,3 times/days.The left heart diameter at the end of shrink and relaxation,motor scores of left ventricular wall and NYHA score of the two groups were compared. Results The left heart diameter at the end of shrink and relaxation,motor scores of left ventricular wall of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The NYHA improvement rate of observation group was 66.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (41.2%) (P<0.05).The NYHA degradation rate of observation group was 5.9%,which was significantly lower than 23.5% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine has exact clinical effect on coronary heart disease with left heart insufficiency.It can improve left ventricular function significantly and promote patents recovery.It’s worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：探讨曲美他嗪对冠心病左心功能不全患者左心功能的影响。方法选取本院收治的102例冠心病合并左心功能不全患者，随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予洋地黄、β-受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、ACEI/ARB等治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予曲美他嗪口服治疗，剂量：20 mg/次，3次/d。比较两组患者左心室收缩末内径、左心室舒张末内径、左室壁运动评分、左室射血分数(LVEF)和NYHA心功能的差异。结果治疗后观察组患者的左心室收缩末内径、左心室舒张末内径、左室壁运动评分和LVEF均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的NYHA心功能改善率为66.7%，显著高于对照组的41.2%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的恶化率为5.9%，显著低于对照组的23.5%(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗冠心病左心功能不全的效果确切，能有效改善患者的左心功能，促进康复，值得临床推广应用。
