清肝降脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床应用价值

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical value of applying Qinggan Jiangzhi decoction for treatment of non-alco-holic fatty liver disease. Methods 120 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease admitted and treated in our hospi-tal from June 2011 to September 2013 were randomly selected and assigned to treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group were given with oral Qinggan Jiangzhi decoction,a decoction per day adminis-trated by two times.The control group were given with Dongbao Gantai,4 tablets each time,3 times per day.The course of treatment were 3 months for both groups.The overall therapeutic effect,changes in liver function index (ALT,AST,GGT), blood lipid index (TG,TC) and other biochemical index and changes in liver index under B ultrasonography were ob-served. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95%,higher than 75%of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the ALT,AST,GGT of the two groups were decreased,compared with before treatment,the difference was signif-icant (P<0.01);and the treatment group decreased more than that of the control group (P<0.01).After treatment,the TG, TC,BMI of the two groups were decreased,compared with before treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.01);and the treatment group decreased more than that of the control group (P<0.01).After treatment,the incidence rate of proxi-mal diffuse punctate hyperechoic,remote echo attenuation,pipeline construction showed unclear and hepatomegaly in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were significant (P<0.01);and the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Qinggan Jiangzhi de-coction has significant effect for treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,can significantly reduce blood lipid and improve liver functions.%目的：探讨清肝降脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取2011年6月~2013年9月本院收治的120例非酒精性脂肪肝患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组进行自拟中药方剂清肝降脂汤口服，1剂/d，水煎分2次服。对照组患者服用复方蛋氨酸胆碱片，4片/次，3次/d，两组疗程均为3个月。观察比较两组的临床疗效，肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)]、血脂指标[三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)]及肝脏B超指标的变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为95%，高于对照组的75%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组ALT、AST及GGT均有不同程度下降，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；且治疗组较对照组下降更明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后，两组TG、TC、BMI水平均降低，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；且治疗组较对照组下降更明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后，两组近端弥漫点状高回声、远端回声衰减、管道结构显示不清及肝脏肿大发生率均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；且治疗组较对照组降低更明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清肝降脂汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝效果显著，可显著降低患者的血脂，提高患者的肝功能。
