浅谈药学礼仪

摘要

药学礼仪是一种建立在公共礼仪基础上的特殊礼仪，是药学工作者工作中交往艺术的学问，是药学工作者的行为规范，用以指导和协调药学工作的行为过程。药学礼仪具有鲜明的医药职业特征，直接关系到人们的生命健康。加强药学职业工作者的礼仪教育对提高治疗质量、保障人们身体健康、发展医药事业都有积极的影响。本文简述了药学礼仪的重要性、基本原则、基本内容、分类及特点。%Pharmaceutical etiquette is a kind of special etiquette based on public manners and a study about commu-nication art in the pharmacy workers work.Pharmaceutical etiquette is a code of conduct to guide and coordinate behav-ior of pharmaceutical workers.It has high-definition pharmaceutical professional characteristic and it is directly related to people’s life and health.It has a positive effect to strengthen the etiquette education of professional workers in medicine.The quality of treatment will be improved,the body healthy will be ensured,medicine will be developed.This paper describes the significance,basic principle,basic content,category and characteristic of pharmacy etiquette briefly.
