全程护理告知对提高产科健康教育效果的作用分析

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the role of whole course nursing informing for promoting the effect of health edu-cation in department of obstetrics. Methods 301 puerperants from April 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were chosen as the experimental objects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group was given the routine nursing,the experimental group was given the whole course nursing informing on the basis of routine nursing.The self feeding score,mastering degree of related knowledge and related skills in the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing,the self feeding,mastering degree of related knowledge and related skills of the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05),but after nursing,the self feeding score,mastering degree of re-lated knowledge and related skills in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying whole course nursing informing to intervene for puerperant in department of obstetrics can effec-tively enhance the self-feeding performance and master degree of health knowledge and skills,and improve the effect of health education.%目的:探讨全程护理告知对提高产科健康教育效果的作用。方法选取本院2013年4月~2014年1月收治的301例产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上加用全程护理告知。比较两组产妇的自我喂养评分以及相关健康知识和技能掌握情况。结果护理前,两组产妇的自我喂养、健康知识以及技能掌握情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,实验组产妇的自我喂养评分、健康知识及技能掌握情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用全程护理告知对产科产妇进行护理干预,可有效提升产妇的自我喂养技能和对健康知识及技能的掌握程度,提高健康教育效果。
