聚乙二醇电解质散和甘露醇在肠镜前肠道准备中的应用效果对比观察

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate application effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and mannitol in bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods 420 cases of patients undergoing colonoscopy from July 2007 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,polyethylene glycol electrolyte in bowel preparation was used in observation group(210 cases),mannitol in bowel preparation was used in control group(210 cases).Intestinal cleaning degree,the initial defecation time,last defecation time,incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results Intestinal cleaning degree in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference (P>0.05).The initial defecation time in observation group and control group was(1.3±0.2),(2.3±0.5)hours respectively,the last defecation time in observation group and control group was (3.4±0.3),(6.4±0.7)hours respectively,with statistical dif-ference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was 1.4%,lower than that in control group (13.3%),with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder applied in bowel prepa-ration,defecation time is short,has less adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的:评价聚乙二醇电解质散和甘露醇在肠镜前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2007年7月~2013年7月在本院行肠镜检查的患者420例,随机分为两组,其中观察组210例,采用聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备,对照组210例,采用甘露醇进行肠道准备,观察并比较两组的肠道清理程度、初次排便时间、末次排便时间及不良反应发生率。结果两组的肠道清理程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的初次排便时间为(1.3±0.2)h,末次排便时间为(3.4±0.3)h;对照组的初次排便时间为(2.3±0.5)h,末次排便时间为(6.4±0.7) h;两组的初次排便时间和末次排便时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良发应发生率为1.4%,低于对照组的13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚乙二醇电解质散应用于肠道准备的排便时间短,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
