显微外科手术与传统开颅手术治疗颅脑肿瘤的临床效果比较

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical effect of microsurgery operation and traditional craniotomy in the treat-ment of craniocerebral tumor. Methods 96 craniocerebral tumor patients from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional craniotomy,the observation group was given microsurgery operation.All patients were followed up for 1 year after surgery.The clinical effect was compared in two groups. Results The clinical symptom improvement after treatment in two groups was better than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The clinical symptom improvement after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of quality life after treatment in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of SAS and SDS after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of SAS and SDS after treat-ment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Microsurgical surgery with surgical approach in different mode has obvious effect in the treatment of craniocerebral tumor,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的 比较显微外科手术与传统开颅手术治疗颅脑肿瘤的临床效果. 方法 选取2012年1月~2013年12月本院收治的96例颅脑肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各48例.对照组给予传统开颅手术治疗,观察组给予显微外科手术治疗. 术后均随访1年,比较两组的临床治疗效果. 结果 两组治疗后的临床症状改善情况显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 观察组治疗后的临床症状改善情况显著优于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 观察组治疗后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后的SAS及SDS评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的SAS及SDS评分显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 显微外科手术不同入路治疗颅脑肿瘤的效果显著,值得临床推广应用.
