鼻内镜下鼻泪管造口术与鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果比较

摘要

目的：比较鼻内镜下鼻泪管造口术与鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法选取本院2010年2月~2013年2月的57例(62眼)慢性泪囊炎患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式将患者分为鼻内镜下鼻泪管造口术组(A组)和鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术组(B组),比较两组的治疗效果。结果 A组的治愈率为93.8%,显著高于B组的90.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 A组术后无明显溢泪感,B组术后5例(17.9%)有溢泪感,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻泪管造口术的疗效、虹吸导泪功能优于鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术,是鼻泪管阻塞疾病的一种新型手术方式。%Objective To compare the effect of nasal lacrimal ostomy and dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 57 cases (62 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis from February 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into nasal lacrimal ostomy under nasal endoscope group (group A) and dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope group (group B) according to the operation mode.The ther-apeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results The cure rate in group A was 93.8%,which was higher than 90.0%in group B,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant tears detention sense in group A after operation, but there were 5 cases (17.9%) with tears detention sense in group B after operation,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect and siphon derivation of tear function in nasal lacrimal ostomy under nasal endo-scope is better than that in dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope,and nasal lacrimal ostomy under nasal endo-scope is a new mode of operation in the nasolacrimal duct obstruction disease.
