人文关怀护理在眼科门诊中的应用效果

         

摘要

目的:探讨人文关怀在眼科门诊护理工作中的应用效果,以提高护理服务的质量。方法选取2014年4月在本院眼科门诊就诊的92例患者设为对照组,给予门诊诊疗常规护理;另选2014年5月就诊的92例患者设为观察组,实施人文关怀护理。比较两组患者的护理效果、护理质量、护理满意度。结果观察组的护理差错发生率和护理投诉发生率分别为7.6%和2.2%,显著低于对照组的21.7%和13.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理质量评分为(92.6±5.3)分,对照组为(81.7±6.2)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度为95.7%,对照组为79.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼科门诊护理工作中实施人文关怀护理可以有效地降低护理差错与护理投诉的发生率,提高护理质量,促进医患关系和谐,值得应用与推广。%Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic nursing in outpatient of ophthalmology and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods 92 patients in department of ophthalmology in our hospital in April 2014 were selected as the control group,and they were given outpatient routine nursing. Another 92 patients in May 2014 were se-lected as the observation group,they were implemented humanistic nursing.The nursing efficacy,nursing quality,nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of nursing errors and incidence of nursing complaints in observation group was respectively 7.6% and 2.2%,which was significantly lower than that of control group (21.7%, 13.0%),the difference was significant (P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in observation group was 92.6±5.3,in control group was 81.7±6.2,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction in observation group was 95.7%,in control group was 79.3%,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing in outpatient of oph-thalmology makes less incidence of nursing errors and complaints,more quality of nursing and in some extent promotes a better doctor-patient relationship,which is worth widely application.
