黄芪注射液联合阿魏酸钠治疗原发性肾病综合征的效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the effect of Huangqi injection combined with sodium ferulate in the treatment of pri-mary nephrotic syndrome in order to explore its clinical applicability. Methods From April 2013 to October 2014,78 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome visited our hospital for treatment were selected and evenly divided into con-trol group and experimental group in random.In control group,conventional treatment combined with symptomatic thera-pies like anticoagulation and improvement of lipid metabolism and so on was adopted.In experimental group,on the ba-sis of control group,Huangqi injection combined with sodium ferulate injection for intravenous drip was added.One course of treatment lasted 4 weeks.24 h urine protein,serum albumin,triglycerides,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein level after treatment was compared respectively between two groups. Results After therapy,the content of serum albumin was greatly increased,while the content of urine protein,triglycerides,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein level was remarkably decreased in experimental group,while change in control group were not obvious,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate in experimental group (97.44%) was obviously higher than that in control group (69.23%),and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi injection com-bined with sodium ferulate obtains a remarkable effect on treating primary nephrotic syndrome and can significantly im-prove renal function of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的：研究黄芪注射液联合阿魏酸钠治疗原发性肾病综合征的效果，探讨其临床适用性。方法选取2013年4月~2014年10月在本院就诊的78例原发性肾病综合征患者，将其随机分为对照组(39例)和实验组(39例)。对照组采用常规治疗及抗凝、改善脂代谢等对症治疗，实验组在对照组基础上给予黄芪注射液联合阿魏酸钠注射液静脉点滴，4周为1个疗程。比较两组治疗后的24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白含量。结果治疗后，实验组的血清白蛋白含量明显上升，尿蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白含量明显下降，对照组变化不明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，实验组的总有效率为97.44%，明显高于对照组的69.23%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液联合阿魏酸钠治疗原发性肾病综合征的效果显著，能明显改善患者的肾功能，值得临床推广应用。
