神灯联合硫酸镁湿敷对会阴侧切术后切口的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To study the effect of TPD irradition combined with magnesium sulfate wet compression for epi-siotomy incision edema and pain in lying-in women. Methods 120 lying-in women with episiotomy in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 60 cases.50% magnesium sulfate wet compression was used in control group,TPD irradiation was applied in experimental group on the basis of control group.After treatment of 3 days,effect,degree of pain and plasma CRP level between two groups were compared. Results The effect in experimental group was better than that in control group (P<0.05).The pain improved condition in experi-mental group was better than that in control group (P<0.01).The plasma CRP level between two groups was compared, with no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion TPD irradition combined with magnesium sulfate wet compression in the treatment of episiotomy incision can effectively reduce the incision edema and pain in lying-in women.%目的：观察神灯照射联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗产妇会阴侧切术后切口水肿、疼痛的效果。方法选取本院产科2013年6月~2014年6月120例会阴侧切术后产妇，随机分为两组，每组60例。对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷，实验组在对照组基础上，结合神灯照射治疗。治疗3 d后，观察两组的疗效、疼痛程度、血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果实验组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组的疼痛分级改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组血浆CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神灯照射联合硫酸镁湿敷治疗会阴侧切术后产妇切口，能有效减轻切口疼痛、水肿等症状。
