针刺配合隔姜灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果

摘要

目的：探讨针刺配合隔姜灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法选取2011年5月~2014年10月本院收治的64例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者，将其随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予针刺治疗，实验组在对照组基础上配合隔姜灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、症状积分和生活质量。结果实验组的总有效率、症状积分和生活质量显著提高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合隔姜灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征可以明显提高治疗效果，改善患者的临床症状，提高其生活质量，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 64 patients with diarrhea-predominant pattern irri-table bowel syndrome treated in our hospital from May 2011 to October 2014 were selected and they were divided into the control group and the experiment group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the experiment group was given ginger moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,symptom score and life quality be-tween the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate,symptom score and life quality in the experiment group were significantly improved,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion for diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome can significantly improve treatment effect,improve clinical symptom of patients and enhance their life quality, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
