预见性护理在无痛人工流产中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨预见性护理在无痛人工流产中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年6月在本院行无痛人工流产术的300例患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各150例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组采用预见性护理，比较两组的VAS、SAS、SDS评分及护理满意度。结果观察组干预后的VAS、SAS、SDS评分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为100.00%，显著高于对照组的83.33%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可有效缓解实施无痛人工流产手术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，减轻患者痛苦，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing care on painless abortion. Methods 300 patients carried out painless abortion from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given predictive nursing care.The score of VAS,SAS,SDS and nursing satisfaction was compared respectively. Results The score of VAS,SAS,SDS after intervention in the observation group was lower than that before intervention and the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the ob-servation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.33% of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing care can effectively alleviate the emotion of anxiety and depression in patients with painless abortion,relieve the suffering of patients,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,it is worthy of clinical pro-motion and application.
