综合护理干预措施对功能失调性子宫出血患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨综合护理干预措施对功能失调性子宫出血患者临床疗效的影响及患者对护理的满意度.方法 选取2017年1～11月我院收治的60例功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组30例.所有患者均给予诀诺酮片及康妇灵胶囊进行治疗.对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予综合性护理干预措施.比较两组患者子宫出血止血时间、临床疗效及患者对护理的满意度.结果 观察组患者的出血止血时间[(3.47±1.26)d]显著短于对照组的(5.22±2.14)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.859,P=0.000).观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理期间,对照组患者出现2例尿道细菌感染,感染率为6.67％,观察组患者未出现感染情况,感染率为0.00％,两组患者的感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.069,P=0.150).观察组患者的总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 实施综合性护理干预措施能够有效缩短功能性失调子宫出血患者止血时间、提高患者的临床疗效,且患者对护理效果满意,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the clinical effect and the satisfaction of patients to nursing of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Sixty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January to November 2017 were selected as the research object. Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients were treated with benoite tablets and kangfuling capsules.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing. The bleeding time,clinical efficacy and satisfaction of patients with nursing care in two groups were compared.Results The bleeding hemostasis time ([3.47±1.26]) d in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group ([5.22±2.14]) d,and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.859,P=0.000).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).During the nursing period,2 cases of urethral bacterial infection were found in the control group,with the infection rate of 6.67 ％,while no infection occurred in the observation group,with the infection rate of 0.00％,there was no significant difference in infection rate between the two groups (χ2=2.069,P=0.150).Overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively shorten the hemostasis time and improve the clinical efficacy of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and the patients are satisfied with the nursing effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
