This paper introduces the concepts of implicit curricula and inconspicuous professional quality,reveals the impacts of implicit curricula on inconspicuous professional quality in terms of professional ethics,motivation,emotion,attitudes and ideology,and explores the three modules of implicit curriculum system for chemical engineering and their implementation.%阐述了隐性课程与隐性职业素养的内涵;从职业道德、职业动机、职业情感、职业态度、职业意识等方面阐明了隐性课程对隐性职业素养的影响;构建了高职化工类专业"三模块"的隐性课程体系及具体实践。
