构建食品营养与检测专业职业能力系统化课程体系的研究

         

摘要

The study was carried out by regarding nutrition and detection speciality of higher vocational as research object and combining with the southwest of Shandong province regional economic development needs. It study the "1platform + 4 module" curriculum system based on the biopharmaceutical employment, "three level training, three period of internship" practice teaching system, "Five quality promotion education project" comprehensive quality education system, and built the curriculum system of systematic professional ability. It can improving higher vocational students' professional ability and professional quality.%以高职食品营养与检测专业为抓手,结合山东省鲁西南地区区域经济发展需求,研究了"岗课证融合、教学做一体"教学模式、"1平台+4模块"课程体系、"校内三级实训,校外三段实习"实践教学体系、"五大素质提升教育工程"综合素质教育体系为主要内容的职业能力系统化课程体系.可显著提高高职学生的职业能力与职业素养.
