台湾某大学本科教育对大陆新建本科院校创新型人才培养的借鉴作用

             

摘要

通过比较台湾某大学与大陆莆田学院在电气工程及其自动化专业课程体系设置上差异,指出造成两岸本科毕业生创新能力差异的主要原因在于两岸的教学理念、教学实施具体过程、教学评鉴和改进机制的不同。从成果导向教育理念、持续改善机制、创新教学方法、产学合作、师资建设等方面分析了台湾地区大学本科教育的先进经验。这些经验对于大陆新建本科院校创新人才的培养具有一定的借鉴作用。%By comparing the difference of the curriculum system of electrical engineering and automation specialty between a university in Taiwan and Putian University, the main reasons clouding the differences of teaching philosophy, teaching implementation speciifc process, teaching evaluation and improvement mechanism of different, which caused the innovation ability difference of university graduates on both sides were pointed out. The advanced experiences of undergraduate education in Taiwan universities were analyzed from outcome-based education concept, continuous improvement mechanism, innovative teaching methods, production and cooperation, and faculty construction. The experiences had certain reference function for the innovative talents training in the newly-established universities in mainland China.
