'三元制'人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要

针对国内人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧在结构、质量及水平等方面的差距,培养高素质技术技能型人才已成为势在必行之举.通过分析德国"双元制"人才培养模式的特点及在我国实施的诸多不利因素,提出一种具有鲜明特征的"三元制"人才培养模式,从而切实实现校企合作.%At the view of the gap between personnel training supply side and industrial demand side on the structure, quality and level, it is almost inevitable for cultivating talents with High quality technical and skill.
