目的：分析应用人文关怀理念在ICU患者护理中的效果。方法选择我院ICU在2013年12月~2015年2月收治的126例患者作为分析对象，分为观察组、对照组；对照组常规护理，观察组人文关怀护理，包括环境、心理及生理护理等。比较两组的护理满意度、生理不适感及不良心理反应情况。结果观察组的护理满意率98.41%，对照组88.89%；观察组的生理不适感发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的不良心理反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理中应用人文关怀理念有助于改善护理效果，应推广使用。%Objective To analyze the effect of the application of the concept of humane care in the ICU patient care. Methods A total of 126 patients in our hospital ICU from December 2013 to February 2015 were treated for analysis objects, and they were divided into two groups, the control group and observation group, and the control group was given routine care, observation group was given humane care treatments, including environmental, psychological and physio-logical care, The nursing satisfaction, physilolgical discomfort and adverse psychological reactions of two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate of observation group was 98.41%, the control group was 88.89%;The incidence of physiological discomfort of patients in the observation group was lower than the control group, there was a significant difference(P<0.05);The adverse mental reaction rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application in the ICU nursing care and humane care philosophy helps to improve results, should be widely used.
