针对中东地区某金属矿山斜井断面设计、炸药性能、掘进设备等的不同特点,采用爬罐法掘进斜井,并进行了该方法下掘进方案选择、炮孔布置、装药技术、连线及起爆方式、通风等技术参数的优化.生产实践证明,参数优化后的爬罐法掘进斜井具有掘进速度快、安全系数高、断面规整、作业成本低等优点.该矿斜井掘进技术可为国内矿业进入中东矿业市场的生产提供技术参考,对国内、国际类似矿山亦有借鉴作用.%In this paper, the method of climber was used during inclined shaft excavation of a metal mine in the Middle East. The technical parameters including hole layout, loading technique, connecting leg wire and blasting cable detonation methods were optimized according to the different features of roadway section design, explosives performance, drilling equipment, etc. It was proved by production practice that the climber methods using optimized technical parameters have advantages of safety, high tunneling speed, regular roadway cross-section, low cost, etc. The research could not only provide technical reference for domestic mining companies which enter mining market of Middle-East, but also be beneficial to similar mine worldwide.
