高梯度磁选机回收铋锌铁尾矿中低品位白钨矿的工艺研究

     

摘要

In order to make full use of the mineral resources and increase the benefit of interprise. Used middle magnetic and high gradient magnetic separator to treat the tailings from a large bismuth-zinc-iron mine, which tungsten is scheelite mainly, 50% - 60% of the non-purpose minerals can be pre-removed, then adopted sulphide floatation., scheelite floatation and the scheelite roughter concentrate of clearned in warmed processing. The lab test on the tailings containing 0. 12%WO3 shows that a scheelite concentrate with the grade of 67. 92% and the recoveryof 64. 04% can be obtained.%为了充分利用资源,提高企业效益,对钨矿物主要为白钨矿的某大型铋锌铁矿尾矿,采用中磁和高梯度磁选机预选脱除50%~60%产率的非目的矿物,再进行硫化矿浮选、白钨浮选及白钨粗精矿加温精选.在入选钨品位0.12%的条件下,获得含WO367.92%的白钨精矿,钨回收率64.04%.
