低品位碳酸锰矿分级磁选试验研究

摘要

In this paper ,it can be get a more satisfactory indicators by the classification-magnetic separation process for the low-grade manganese carbonate ore ,based on the characteristic that the mineral size distribution overly is fine ,oolitic texture ,and hard to dissociate completely .The contrastive tests were studied by classification-magnetic separation and direct magnetic with different feed size ,and the optimal condition and flowsheet were determined .The final flowsheet was the ore crushed to -10 mm ,the particle size classified into oversize and undersize of 1mm ,the coarse ore separated by dry magnetic and the fine portion separated by wet magnetic . The results showed that the grade and recovery rate of Mn in the concentrate were 20 .15% and 91 .42% .%本文针对低品位碳酸锰矿粒度极细，多呈鲕状结构产出，完全解离困难，而碳酸锰矿又与磁铁矿密切共生的特点，采用分级磁选工艺流程，可获得相对较好的分选指标。进行了不同粒级分级磁选与直接磁选对比试验，条件试验及流程结构优化试验研究，确定了最佳试验方案。最终采用将矿石破碎至-10mm ，-10＋1mm粒级干磁磁选，-1mm粒级湿磁磁选，获得的技术指标为锰精矿M n品位20．15％， M n回收率91．42％的良好指标。
