新疆某萤石矿选矿试验研究

         

摘要

新疆某萤石矿嵌布粒度范围大,主要脉石矿物为方解石,与萤石相互包裹严重,分离难度较大.针对该矿石的性质进行选矿试验研究.试验表明,硫酸铝与水玻璃作为调整剂对于提高精矿回收率与品位有益;栲胶作为抑制剂能有效抑制矿石中的方解石;两段磨矿可明显提高精矿质量.最终采用两段磨矿(粗精矿再磨)、一次粗选、两次扫选、九次精选的浮选流程,选用硫酸铝、水玻璃作为调整剂,栲胶作为抑制剂,油酸作为捕收剂,获得了萤石精矿 CaF2品位97.23%、回收率67.27% 的指标.萤石精矿中CaCO3品位降至1.65%.%A fluorite ore from Xinjiang has a large range of disseminated gain size,and the main gangue mineral is calcite,which is difficult to separate from the fluorite ore for mutual inclusion.In the view of the ore properties,experiments of mineral processing were studied.Experiments show that aluminum sulfate and water glass as regulators are beneficial for improving the recovery and grade of concentrate;gum as an inhibitor can effectively inhibit the calcite in the ore;two grinding can significantly improve the quality of concentrate.The experiment adopted the process of two-stage grinding (rough concentrate regrinding)one roughing two scavenging nine cleaning,aluminum sulfate and water glass as regulators,glue as inhibitor, oleic acid as collector,and the fluorite concentrate which CaF2content was 97.23% and recovery was 67.27% was obtained.The CaCO3grade in fluorite concentrate decreased to 1.65%.
