电动调节缓冲开口可调高度机构设计

             

摘要

In the text, the conventional screw and nut which is equipped to the hydraulic machine to adjust open height of buffer device has been improved, an electrical control buffer mechanism has been designed. The motor drives the rotation of the spline shaft that connected with the worm, and then the spline shaft passes the motion to the trapezoidal screw to realize stretched out and turn back movements in order to achieve the purpose of adjust by electrical in the final. In order to control the distance of the trapezoidal screw stretched out and return back and the range of the movements, a rotary encoder has been used to count and calculate the move distance of the trapezoidal screw and a stroke limiter has been designed to set the range of motion for the mechanism. The design that proposed overcomes the deficiency of the conventional mechanism which needs manual operations. Finally the example shows some major steps of calculations for this mechanism.%本文对液压机配备的常规采用螺杆螺母调节缓冲开口可调高度的装置进行了改进,设计了电动调节缓冲开口可调高度机构.通过电动机驱动蜗轮蜗杆减速机,来驱动与蜗轮相联接的花键轴转动,花键轴将运动传递给梯形螺杆,实现梯形螺杆的伸出与退回,达到电动调节的目的.为了控制梯形螺杆的伸出与退回距离和运动范围,设计了旋转编码器进行计数计算和行程限位装置进行运动范围的限制.所述机构克服了常规机构需人工手动调节的不足,设计更符合人性化.最后通过实例说明了该机构设计计算的一些主要步骤.
