压力机闭式组合机身有限元分析及补强拉杆预紧设计新方法

摘要

In order to apply the finite element analysis method accurately into the calculation of the stress deformation for the closed combination frame, as well as design the reinforcing bars pre-loaded effect reasonably, a viable finite element analysis method for closed combination frame and a reinforcing bars preloaded design idea have been summarized. The application of this method can effectively control closed combination frame rigidity and realize ideal preloaded effect.%为准确应用有限元法计算闭式组合机身应力变形,合理设计补强拉杆预紧效果,依据长期从事机身结构设计及有限元法分析的经验,总结出了一种较为可行的闭式组合机身有限元分析法以及补强拉杆预紧设计思路.该方法可控制闭式组合机身刚度及预紧作用实现比较理想的效果.
