PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement standard indicator such that necessary reinforcement details are found according to a beam section, a hole diameter, and a hole position, a reinforcement unneeded region corresponding to the hole position is found at a glance, and a reinforcement plate requires only outer periphery welding.;SOLUTION: In respective rows A1-Am of a column B0 for indexes, sectional size information on steel frame beams of various sectional sizes is displayed as row index indications 12. In respective columns of a row A0 for indexes, various hole diameters of through holes to be bored in a web are displayed in order as in column index indications 13. Distances L2 from beam ends to non-reinforcement areas are shown as row index indications 14 of a predetermined row An. In respective cells Sn1 ... as respective column parts of the row An showing the distances L2 to the non-reinforcement areas, the distances L2 are displayed in order. In respective cells Sij corresponding to indications of beam sections and hole diameters, indications 15 of reinforcement details are provided which correspond to respective conditions of sectional size information, hole diameters, and the distances L to the non-reinforcement areas.
