药物不良反应146例临床特点分析

目的 探讨我院药物不良反应发生的特点,以促进合理用药.方法 对2007年1月至2008年12月我院上报的146份不良反应的报告人、药物种类、给药途径等进行分析.结果 90.4%(132/146)的不良反应由医护人员报告;42.5%(62/146)的不良反应由抗微生物药引起;79.5%(116/146)的不良反应通过静脉滴注给药发生;药物不良反应以皮肤及其附件损害最多.结论 不良反应的发生和很多因素有关,必须规范加强药物使用管理和完善药物不良反应报告制度.%Objective To study the characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) and to promote rational clinical drug use. Methods Totally 146 cases between 2007 and 2008 were analyzed based on reporters, drug categories and methods of administration. Results Among the 146 cases of ADR, 90% were reported by physician and nurises; 42.5% were associated with anti-infection drugs; 85% were administered by intravenous infusion. The most common ADRs were related to the skin and the skin appendage. Conclusion The occurrence of ADRs is related to many factors, such as age of patients, administration method and the category of drug. The management of drug use should be strengthened and the report institution of ADR should be promoted.
