Objective To improve clinical drug counseling and to improve pharmacy service quality.Methods Medication consultation of drugs during January 2009 and September 2011 was retrospectively analyzed based on profession,drug category and content of counseling.Results In the consultation,the maximum proportion profession were the physicians (500 cases,39.0％ ) followed by patients,398 cases (31.0％).The maximum proportion of drugs were cardiovascular drugs (295 cases,23.0％ ) ;followed by the drugs central nervous system disease (265 cases,21.0％ ).The most common consulting content was adverse drug reactions (312 cases,24.3％ )followed by the announcements ( 190 cases,14.8％ ).Conclusion Drug counseling plays a crucial role in clinical pharmacy.%目的 促进临床药物咨询工作,提高药学服务质量.方法 采用回顾性方法,从咨询者的身份、咨询药物的类别和咨询内容3个方面对我院2009年1月至2011年9月的用药咨询记录进行统计、分析.结果 在咨询身份方面,咨询者以医师所占比率最多,500例(39.0％)；其次是患者,398例(31.0％).在咨询药物类别方面,心脑血管系统用药咨询最多,295例(23.0％)；其次是中枢神经系统疾病用药,265例(21.0％).在咨询内容方面,药物不良反应咨询最多,312例(24.3％)；其次是服药注意事项,190例(14.8％).结论 药物咨询对于临床药学工作有至关重要的作用,是推动临床药学发展的重要途径.
