围产期合并急性胰腺炎患者的护理体会

摘要

Objective To explore the perinatal general nursing and specialist care of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods The perinatal data of 10 patients with acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed and the experience was summed up.Results After fasting water,decompression,dietary guidance,care measures and the prevention of related complications,of 10 cases,one case underwent induced abortion,two cases suffered cesarean section because of a serious condition,six cases of term delivery and 1 case of postpartum onset.Conclusion Positive nursing intervention,prevention and treatment induced pancreatitis risk factors can reduce the recurrence rate of acute pancreatitis and ensure the safety of mother and child.%目的 探讨围产期合并急性胰腺炎患者的一般护理及专科护理措施.方法 对10例围产期合并急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析并总结体会.结果 经过禁食水、胃肠减压、饮食指导等护理措施及对相关并发症的预防,1例患者病情平稳后引产,2例因病情严重即刻行剖宫产,6例足月分娩,1例为产后3d发病.结论 积极护理干预,预防、治疗诱发胰腺炎的高危因素,可降低围产期合并急性胰腺炎患者急性胰腺炎复发,保证母婴安全.
