Objective To study the changes of the drugs and the sale amount of of digestive system agentsfrom 2010 to 2012 at Penglai City People′s Hospital.Methods The digestive system agents were analyzed statisti -cally by using the defined daily dose statistic (DDDs).Results In 3 years, the species of digestive system drugswere increased; the species of anti peptic ulcer drugs in 2011 increased to 12; other drugs increased to 4 and thetotal was 27; the species of anti peptic ulcer drugs in 2012 increased by 1 and the total was 28; the sale amount ofthe drugs was increased year by year; the rate of increase was 1 763.5% (346.18/19.63, year 2011)and 13.7%(50.22/365.81, year 2012).The sales amount of anti peptic ulcer drugs accounted for the largest proportion ; theratio was 51.6% (10.14/19.63, 2010 year), 75.2%(274.98/365.81, 2011 year) and 85.2%(354.44/416.03,2012 year).The sales amount and DDDs of the proton pump inhibitors were on the top list ; the growth ofpantoprazole was most evident.In 3 years, the percent of drug′s sequence ratio was 45.5%(5/11), 38.9%(7/18) and 27.8%(5/18)[ less than 1.0], respectively; the ratio more than 1.0 was 27.3%(3/11) in 2010 andwas 50.0%(9/18)in both 2011 and 2012; the ratio equal to 1.0 was 27.3%(3/11),11.1%(2/18)and 27.8%(5/18).Conclusion From 2010 to 2012, the use of digestive system agents is statistically reasonable and thevolume should be increased.%目的：了解蓬莱市人民医院2010-2012年消化系统用药品种及销售金额变化情况。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量分析方法，计算用药频度（DDDs），统计用药金额，采用金额排序法及频度分析方法，对本院3年来消化系统用药的使用情况进行分析。结果3年来，本院消化系统用药种类增加，2010年有11种，2011年抗消化性溃疡药增加12种，其他类药物增加4种，共27种，2012年抗消化性溃疡药增加1种，共28种；销售金额持续增长，增长率分别为1763．5％（346．18/19．63，2011年）、13．7％（50．22/365．81，2012年）。抗消化性溃疡药销售金额所占比例最大，分别为51．6％（10．14/19．63，2010年）、75．2％（274．98/365．81，2011年）、85．2％（354．44/416．03，2012年）。质子泵抑制剂的销售金额和DDDs 3年中都名列前茅，泮托拉唑增长势头最为明显，2012年超越奥美拉唑，销售金额和DDDs都排名第1。3年中排序比＜1．0的药品比例分别占45．5％（5/11），38．9％（7/18）和27．8％（5/18）；排序比＞1．0的药品比例分别占27．3％（3/11）、50．0％（9/18）和50．0％（9/18）；排序比＝1．0的药品比例分别占27．3％（3/11）、11．1％（2/18）和27．8％（5/18）。结论2010-2012年本院消化系统用药基本合理、药品种类需扩充丰富。
