中药治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating postoperative lymphedema of upper limb in patients with breast cancer.Methods Totally 72 patients with invasive ductal breast cancer who had postoperative lymphedema of upper limb after modified radical mastectomy from Marth 2007 to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group (37 cases) and control group (35 cases).All the patients were given conventional treatment;observation group was additional given Channel-dredging decoction and attacking-hardness decoction modified formula (1 dose/d,morning and evening twice,7 days as a course).The treatment lasted for 2 courses.Results After 2 courses of treatment,there were 9 excellent effective cases,23 effective cases and 5 ineffective 5 cases in observation group,there were 1 excellent effective case,25 effective cases and 29 ineffective 5 cases in control group.The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[86.5％ (32/37) vs 17.1％ (6/35)] (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Channel-dredging decoction and attacking-hardness decoction modified formula can effectly decrease the degree of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.%目的 探讨中药治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的临床效果.方法 选择2007年3月至2011年12月山西中医学院附属医院经病理确诊为浸润性乳腺导管癌,行改良根治术后出现上肢淋巴水肿的女性患者72例,采用平行随机单盲对照方法分为观察组(37例)与对照组(35例).2组均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予决渎汤合攻坚汤为基础方加减治疗,1剂/d,早晚分服,7d为1个疗程.2组均治疗2个疗程后观察疗效.结果 治疗2个疗程后,观察组显效9例,有效23例,无效5例;对照组显效1例,有效5例,无效29例;观察组总有效率明显高于对照组[86.5％ (32/37)比17.1％ (6/35)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中药决渎汤合攻坚汤加减方治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿疗效较好.
