乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效预测相关因素的研究进展

摘要

乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤.新辅助化疗是乳腺癌综合治疗的重要组成部分.获得病理完全缓解的患者能达到更长的无病生存期和总生存期,但部分患者在新辅助化疗中表现不敏感,甚至出现了病情进展的情况,从而延误治疗.目前关于乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效预测因素的报道虽然较多,但尚无统一金标准.本文就目前对乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的相关预测因素作一综述.结果发现单一因素预测疗效的作用不足,不能全面预测新辅助化疗对乳腺癌的治疗效果.因此推测把多种可能的疗效相关因素结合起来有可能提高预测的准确率.从而为进一步的研究提供思路.%Breast cancer is the most common malignant disease in female.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is an important part of comprehensive treatment for breast cancer.Patients with pathological complete remission can achieve longer disease-free survival and overall survival,but some patients are not sensitive to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.There is no standard predictors of efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.A single predictive factor could not accurately evaluate the therapeutic effect of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy,we suggested that the combination of multiple predictive factors would provide reliable results.
