目的 探讨家属参与式护理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性及社会功能恢复的影响.方法 将2016年7月～2018年1月在我院就诊的72例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组.其中观察组36例, 对照组36例, 对照组给予常规抗精神病药物、心理健康教育及护理, 观察组在对照组的基础上采用家属参与式护理.观察两组患者入院当天、入院2个月、入院4个月在服药依从性、社会功能情况、自知力及精神症状方面是否存在差异.社会功能情况采用生活自理能力评估量表 (ADL) 、个人和社会功能量表 (PSP) 评估;自知力及精神症状方面采用自知力与治疗态度问卷 (ITAQ) 和简明精神病量表 (BPRS) 评估.结果 观察组患者ADL评分、BPRS评分均低于对照组, 且两组比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) ;观察组服药依从性、ITAQ评分、PSP评分均高于对照组, 比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .结论 家属参与式护理应用于精神分裂症患者, 可以有效改善患者社会功能, 提高服药依从性, 促进患者配合治疗.%Objective To explore the effect of family participatory nursing on drug compliance and social function recovery in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 72 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to January 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine antipsychotic drugs, mental health education and nursing while the observation group was given family participatory nursing on the basis of control group.Differences in drug compliance, social function, insight and mental symptoms at admission, 2 months and 4 months after admission of patients in two groups were observed.The social function was assessed by activity of daily living scale (ADL) and personal and social performance scale (PSP).Insight and mental symptoms were assessed by the insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ) and brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS). Results The scores of ADL and BPRS in observation group were lower than those in control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05).The drug compliance, ITAQ score and PSP score in observation group were all higher than those in control group.The comparative difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of family participatory nursing in patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the social function and drug compliance and promote patients' cooperation in treatment.
