Objective To observe the curative effect of azolastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects.With the consent of the patient's family members and the patient himself, they were divided into the control group (34 cases:azostatin hydrochloride nasal spray) and the experimental group (34 cases:azostatin hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine) according to whether they were given combined treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, nasal itching and nasal congestion in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Azolastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine in treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.The incidence of adverse reactions is low and the effect of long-term treatment is good.%目的 观察盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂与地氯雷他定联合治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效.方法 随机选取我院2017年4月～2018年4月接收的68例过敏性鼻炎患者为本次研究对象, 在征得患者家属以及患者本人同意的情况下按照是否给予联合治疗将所有患者分为对照组 (34例:给予盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗) 与实验组 (34例:给予盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂与地氯雷他定联合治疗) .结果 实验组患者治疗4周后打喷嚏、流鼻涕、鼻痒鼻塞等症状积分均低于对照组, P 0.05) .结论 对于过敏性鼻炎患者给予盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂与地氯雷他定联合治疗可有效缓解患者临床症状, 不良反应发生率低, 远期治疗效果好.
