循证护理理念指导下的沟通技巧对2型糖尿病患者认知水平、自我护理能力的影响

摘要

目的探讨循证护理理念指导下的沟通技巧对2型糖尿病患者认知水平、自我护理能力的影响.方法选取2016年4月～ 2017年6月在我院进行2型糖尿病治疗的130例患者,将其随机分为研究组及常规组,对常规组患者行常规护理,对研究组患者行循证护理理念指导下的沟通技巧护理干预'比较两组患者护理前后血糖水平、认知水平、自我护理能力及对护理工作依从度.结果经护理后,研究组FPG、2hPG及HbAlC 水平分别为(6.04 ± 1.02)mmol/L、(8.12 ± 1.74)mmol/L及(5.61 ± 1.06)％,显著优于常规组及治疗前(P< 0.05),且其SDSCA评分及ESCA评分分别为(22.64 ± 1.61)分及(118.29 ± 11.03)分,显著优于护理前及常规组(?P? 0.05),另外,研究组患者对护理工作依从度为100.00％,显著高于常规组的92.31％(P <0.05).结论对2型糖尿病患者行循证护理理念指导下的沟通技巧护理干预,能够有效提高患者对疾病的认知水平及自我护理能力,同时,对提高患者血糖的控制情况及对护理工作的依从性具有重要意义.%Objective To explore the effect of communication skills guided by evidence-based nursing concept on cognitive level and self-nursing ability in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into study group and routine group.Patients in the routine group were given routine nursing while patients in the study group were given intervention of communication skills guided by evidence-based nursing concept.Blood glucose levels,cognitive levels,self-nursing ability and compliance with nursing work before and after treatment of patients in two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the FPG、2hPG and HbAlC levels in the study group were(6.04 ± 1.02) mmol/L、(8.12 ± 1.74)mmol/L and(5.61 ± 1.06)％,respectively,significantly better than those in the routine group and before treatment(P < 0.05).SDSCA score and ESCA score in the study group were respectively(22.64 ± 1.61)points and(118.29 ± 11.03)points,significantly better than those before nursing and routine groups(P < 0.05).In addition,rate of compliance with nursing work in the study group was 100.00,significantly higher than 92.31％ of the routine group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The communication skills nursing intervention under the guidance of the evidence-based nursing concept for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the patient' s cognitive level and self-nursing ability.In addition,it is of great significance in improving the patient ' s blood sugar control and compliance with nursing work.
