Objective To explore the curative effect of omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-five patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were treated by omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group.95 patients with gastric ulcer accompanied by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who were treated by omeprazole in our hospital from January2016 to June 2017 were selected as the control group.The hemostasis time, blood transfusion volume, blood erythrocyte (Hb) level before and after treatment, curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the hemostasis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group and the blood transfusion volume was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05).After treatment, the improvement of Hb in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), 治疗后观察组Hb改善情况明显优于对照组, 两组差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) ;观察组治疗有效率要显著高于对照组, 两组差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05), 不良反应方面则低于对照组, 两组差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .结论 奥美拉唑联合血凝酶对胃溃疡伴上消化道出血治疗效果确切, 安全性高, 值得进一步推广和发展.
