酪酸梭菌、双歧杆菌二联活菌散联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸38例临床观察

         

摘要

目的:观察酪酸梭菌、双歧杆菌二联活菌散(常乐康)联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法将114例新生儿黄疸患儿按随机数字表法分为单纯蓝光照射组(蓝光组)、单纯常乐康治疗组(常乐康组)和常乐康联合蓝光照射治疗组(联合组),每组各38例,疗程5~7d。观察各组患儿临床症状变化及血清总胆红素变化。结果治疗前各组间血清Tbil差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后各组血清Tbil均呈下降趋势,治疗5d后蓝光组和常乐康组间Tbil无统计学差异[(182.45±18.56)vs(183.45±18.65),t=-0.948,P>0.05],而联合组与蓝光组和常乐康组相比有统计学差异[(156.34±14.78)vs(182.45±18.56),(156.34±14.78)vs(183.45±18.65), t值分别为6.324及7.226,均P<0.05]。联合组(3.86±1.33)血清Tbil降至正常所需天数较蓝光组(5.82±1.65)和常乐康组(5.78±1.62)明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为9.107及8.924,均P<0.05)。治疗后联合组总有效率明显高于蓝光组和常乐康组,差异有统计学意义(94.74% vs 71.05%,94.74% vs 73.68%,x2=11.586, P=0.021)。结论酪酸梭菌、双歧杆菌二联活菌散联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸效果优于单用蓝光照射,值得推广应用。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of patients with neonatal jaundice treated by live combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders(Chang Lekang) combined with blue-ray irradiation. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients diagnosed neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into single blue-ray irradiation treatment group(the blue-ray group), single Chang Lekang treatment group(the Chang Lekang group) and Chang Lekang combined with blue-ray irradiation treatment group(the unite group), every group had 38 cases, the course of the treatment was 5-7 days. The clinical symptoms change and serum total bilirubin(Tbil) change among the three groups were observed. Results There was not statistically significant difference in serum Tbil among the three groups before treatment(all P > 0.05); The serum Tbil of every group decreased after treatment and the difference was not statistically significant in the serum Tbil after 5 days' treatment between the blue-ray group and the Chang Lekang group[(182.45±18.56)vs(183.45±18.65),t=-0.948,P>0.05], while the difference was statistically significant in the serum Tbil between the unite group and the blue-ray group and between the unite group and the Chang Lekang group [(156.34±14.78)vs(182.45±18.56),(156.34±14.78)vs(183.45±18.65),the t-value was 6.324 and 7.226 respectively,both P < 0.05]. The days of serum Tbil dropped to normal in the unite group(3.86±1.33)was shorter than that in the blue-ray group(5.82±1.65)and the Chang Lekang group(5.78±1.62), and the differences were statistically significant(the t-value was 9.107 and 8.924 respectively,both P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the unite group after treatment was apparently higher than that of the blue-ray group and the Chang Lekang group, and the differences were statistically significant(94.74% vs 71.05%,94.74% vs 73.68%,x2=11.586,P=0.021). Conclusion The clinical effect of patients with neonatal jaundice treated by live combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders combined with blue-ray irradiation is better than that of single blue-ray irradiation treatment, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
