新建三甲医院科研绩效评价指标体系的构建与应用效果初探

Scientific research is as an innovative activity,and plays an essential role on promoting the development of medical science and improving the physique of the entire people.Different disciplinary interpenetration and diversity of research findings make scientific research performance evaluation become increasingly sophisticated. Scientific,systematic evaluation indicator system of medical research is the core of scientific research performance assessment from medical institutions.If the scientific research performance evaluation of medical research institutions is made,evaluation indicator system that can evaluate scientific research ability of different unit(personnel,department) composed scientific research institution is necessary.This article mainly introduces the practical application effects of weighted values given by the different units in scientific research performance evaluation system of new grade three A hospital.%科学研究作为一种创新性活动，对推动医学科学的发展乃至全民健康水平的提高发挥着至关重要的作用。不同学科相互渗透，科研成果呈现多样性，对其业绩的评价日趋复杂。科学、系统的医学科研评价指标体系是医学机构科研绩效评估的核心。对医学科研机构的科研绩效做出科学的评价，就必须具有评价组成科研机构不同单元（人员、科室）的科研能力的评价指标体系。本研究主要介绍新建三甲医院科研绩效评价体系中不同单元的赋予的权重值在实际中的应用效果。
